Duties/Responsibilities:

• Complete telephone screening calls with clients to determine if they may be eligible for home support services.
• Provide information, assistance, and referrals to clients.
• Make referrals to various home support programs within the ET Area Agency on Aging for more in depth assessments.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited two year college or a combination of a high school education and experience working for a social service agency or department;
• Good interviewing and assessment skills;
• Good organizational, interpersonal, and decision making skills; or
• Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Valid TN driver license.
