Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach for the Office on Aging Program.
  • Connect seniors with available resources in the area.
  • Collect and maintain data of daily services and attendance.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Delivers meals to home bound clients.
  • Administrative work assisting with the coordination of daily activities for the Senior Nutrition Program.
  • Compile data for weekly and monthly reports.
  • Assist with entering client and volunteer information into the program database.
  • Assist with completing assessments, reports, and other documentation.
  • Assist with general program correspondence and providing assistance with daily program operations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the coordination of a variety of administrative and scheduling activities associated with call center operations for a rural transportation system.
  • Answer incoming calls from clients requesting transportation services.
  • Utilize a computer based system to enter client information.
  • Assist with scheduling the pick-up and delivery of clients and checking e-mails and daily faxes for trip cancellations and/or add additional trips for Drivers’ daily schedules.

Hourly rate: $14.50

  • Assist with application process, client advocacy, and application follow-up to ensure compliance with rules that govern the SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program).
  • Assist with program documentation & detailed monthly reporting.
  • Assist with identifying new outreach opportunities and fulfill the outreach and application goals per grant requirements.
  • Assist with conducting telephone, virtual and in-person outreach events.
  • Assist with directing referrals to internal and external programs and agencies.

Hourly rate: $17.50


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist Program Director with all aspects of the Child Nutrition Programs.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of monthly and annual reports, monitoring feeding sites, recruiting and training new feeding sites for programs, and organizing and conducting large group trainings.
  • Research and visit potential new feeding sites and mobile stops.
  • Assist with the daily responsibilities of the mobile feeding programs such as driving delivery bus, loading and unloading meals, and completing required reports for the deliveries.

Hourly rate: $23.00
