• Supervise misdemeanor offenders to ensure compliance to probation order.
• Maintain working relationship with sessions, juvenile and criminal court officials.
• Assist with the registration of misdemeanor offenders.
• Maintain and submit data for monthly and quarterly reports for the Misdemeanor Probation Program for state and agency auditors.
• Collect and deposit of fees, conduct random urine screens, and coordinate the use of electronic monitoring devices.
• Provide oversight of and assistance with various classes including anger management, DUI, domestic violence, and alcohol and drug awareness.
Hourly rate: $13.01
• Provide technical support to the organization’s end users in a timely and professional manner via direct interaction, remote desktop, telephone, and email.
• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade Windows PC hardware and software.
• Create / modify employee accounts in Active Directory.
• Assign appropriate security permissions and access to software, as authorized by management-level / supervisory staff.
• Accurately document resolutions of issues in help desk ticketing system.
• Test / deploy new OS images.
• Assist IT team to ensure efficient operation of the organization’s IT environment.
• Maintain accurate inventory database for tracking all IT equipment.
• Collaborate with IT team members to assist with infrastructure upgrades and transitions.
• Manage the organization’s anti-virus end-point security software.
• Provide support with complex projects as requested by IT administrators.
