New Posting CREVAA Case Manager
  • Supporting victims of crime through the Collaborative Response to Elder and Vulnerable Adult Abuse (CREVAA) program through case management, advocacy, and direct services in Knoxville and surrounding counties.
  • Screening and supporting victims of crime in compliance with the CREVAA program standards.
  • Work occasionally with individuals in law enforcement including District Attorneys and Chief Law Enforcement officials at the state, county and city level.
  • Conduct home evaluation visits and phone screenings with reported victims of crime who are elderly or above age 18 with physical or developmental disabilities within an assigned service area.
  • Work to support other CREVAA staff to manage follow-up calls, arrange for services, and assist with coordination efforts including community education, outreach, and supporting volunteer development activities.

Hourly rate: $22.41


  • Responsible for the supervision and monitoring of non-violent felony offenders who are incarcerated or have been released from incarceration and assigned to supervision through the Community Corrections Program.
  • Responsible for attending all courts within the district to document and track the offenders currently incarcerated, intakes, revocations, split confinements, dual supervisions, terminations, and discharges for the community corrections program.
  • Ability to communicate effectively between court staff and community corrections staff is essential to maintain proper documentation.

Hourly rate: $17.82


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Supervise misdemeanor offenders to ensure compliance to probation order.
  • Maintain working relationship with sessions, juvenile and criminal court officials.
  • Assist with the registration of misdemeanor offenders.
  • Maintain and submit data for monthly and quarterly reports for the Misdemeanor Probation Program for state and agency auditors.
  • Collect and deposit of fees, conduct random urine screens, and coordinate the use of electronic monitoring devices.
  • Provide oversight of and assistance with various classes including anger management, DUI, domestic violence, and alcohol and drug awareness.

Hourly rate: $12.01


  • Administrative and correctional work involving complete responsibility for all aspects of a Community Corrections Day Reporting Center program for non-violent felony offenders.
  • Provide offenders with an evidence-based treatment program and substance abuse treatment, conduct intakes.
  • Monitor individual and group therapies, develop individual treatment plans, complete and maintain documentation according to state and federal guidelines.
  • Provide counseling, referrals, intervention services and potentially mental health assessments (MHSP).
  • Some travel required.

Annual Range: $39,990 - $42,000


Duties/Responsibilities:

• Dependable drivers to assist passengers in and out of vehicles and safely transports them to designated destinations including medical appointments, work, errands, nursing homes, senior citizen centers, etc.

• Provide excellent customer service to passengers and facility staff members.

• Abide by traffic law, safety procedures, and transit regulations.

Salary: $29,250.00/annual
