Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Supervise misdemeanor offenders to ensure compliance to probation order in Union and Claiborne counties.
  • Maintain working relationship with sessions, juvenile and criminal court officials.
  • Assist with the registration of misdemeanor offenders.
  • Maintain and submit data for monthly and quarterly reports for the Misdemeanor Probation Program for state and agency auditors.
  • Collect and deposit of fees, conduct random urine screens, and coordinate the use of electronic monitoring devices.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Supervisor and administrative work involving the management of the Options Homecare program which provides various forms of assistance to eligible clientele in their homes.
  • Responsible for compliance, governing regulations, oversight of the daily operational aspects of the program.
  • Ensure that all services are being properly delivered to the target population in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Assist with supervision, staff training, reviewing home assessments, service plans and other documentation as needed.

Hourly rate: $26.00


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly visitations to Public Guardian clients, and accompany clients to medical appointments.
  • Provide case management services to all Public Guardian clients.
  • Assist with daily operations of Public Guardianship program, clients, and volunteers.
  • Create and utilize spreadsheets for periodic reports used for tracking and reporting client data.
  • Maintain database of accurate client information and document management.
  • Provide information and assistance for state monitoring and assessments of the program.

  • Provide case management services to support individuals in need of assistance at home, as part of the Collaborative Response to End Self-Neglect in Tennessee (CREST) program.
  • Case Management work that assists with client assessments and developing a support plans for vulnerable adults who often cannot access community services.
  • Work with Adult Protective Services staff, law enforcement, and other community providers.
  • Report program notes as required by DHS/APS.
  • Required frequent travel in the East and Southeast Tennessee regions.

Hourly rate: $22.41

  • Develop care plans based on client needs.
  • Provide care support services to clients after enrollment.
  • Monitor and update care plans over time to best serve the client.
  • Enter care support data in a dedicated client tracking system.


Annual Salary: $35,100


New Posting FSS Coordinator
  • Assist with the coordination of the Family Self-Sufficiency Program (FSS) in accordance with existing. Housing & Urban Development (HUD) regulations and guidelines.
  • Recruit FSS clients.
  • Assist participants with achieving their FSS goals.
  • Work with service providers on behalf of FSS participants and related case management activities.
  • Interact effectively with the FSS Program Coordinating Committee and maintaining productive working relationships with fellow service coordinators and HUD employees.

Hourly rate: $16.00

  • Administrative and correctional work involving complete responsibility for all aspects of a Community Corrections Day Reporting Center program for non-violent felony offenders.
  • Provide offenders with an evidence-based treatment program and substance abuse treatment, conduct intakes.
  • Monitor individual and group therapies, develop individual treatment plans, complete and maintain documentation according to state and federal guidelines.
  • Provide counseling, referrals, intervention services and potentially mental health assessments (MHSP).
  • Some travel required.

Annual Range: $39,990 - $42,000
