New Posting Options Counselor
• Assess and maintain clients in their homes with assistance through the Options for Community Living and National Family Caregiver Support programs, which serves a 16 county region. • Conduct timely in-home consumer assessments and reassessments. • Make regular ongoing contacts with clients. • Generate sufficient contacts to draw adequate funding, developing, reviewing and amending service plans as needed. • Document contacts and time spent with each client.

New Posting Dispatcher
• Responsible for dispatching drivers using a computerized database mapping system. • Responsible for record keeping, filing, answering multi-line phone system, operating two-way radio system, vehicle operator’s timesheet verification, vehicle operators leave request approval and other related duties on an as needed basis. • Responsible for responding to calls from call center and maintaining close contact with Schedulers, Drivers, and Customer Service Representatives.

• Assist Maintenance Manager in routing vans to various locations within service area. • Clean of vans and facility, service calls for basic repairs, performing routine preventive maintenance on gasoline vehicles (Ford E350, Ford Transit, and Dodge Caravan), and other duties as required.

• Position serves clients in Anderson County. • Complete assessments/re-assessments for congregate and homebound clients. • Preparation of meals at a congregate meal site and delivering meals to homebound clients. • Ensure that all meals comply with temperature and dietary requirements. • Ensure the cleanliness of the site, assisting with completing reports and other documentation, interacting with clientele, and assisting with special events and functions.

• Perform repair and scheduled maintenance on fleet of gasoline vehicles (Ford transit and Dodge caravan) 15 passenger E350 cutaway chassis. • Perform preventive maintenance, safety inspections, A/C repair. Work on all fleet vehicles when the repair is no longer under warranty. • Diagnosis of vehicle components and equipment malfunctions. • Clean and safe environment.

• Dependable drivers to assist passengers in and out of vehicles and safely transports them to designated destinations including medical appointments, work, errands, nursing homes, senior citizen centers, etc. • Provide excellent customer service to passengers and facility staff members. • Abide by traffic law, safety procedures, and transit regulations.

• Responsible for the supervision and monitoring of non-violent felony offenders who are incarcerated or have been released from incarceration and assigned to supervision through the Community Corrections Program. • Responsible for attending all courts within the district to document and track the offenders currently incarcerated, intakes, revocations, split confinements, dual supervisions, terminations, and discharges for the community corrections program. • Ability to communicate effectively between court staff and community corrections staff is essential to maintain proper documentation.

• Provide assistance to Homemaker clients in need of a variety of basic life skills in an effort to foster positive living skills for families and their children. • Help maintain independent living skills for elderly and/or physically challenged clients. • Perform personal care activities for clients and assist with routine household duties. • Provide transportation for clients when necessary.

• Active member of the Community Corrections Treatment Team and provides peer support services to offenders with serious substance abuse in the Daily Reporting Centers (DRC). • Function as a role model to peers; exhibiting competency in personal recovery and use of coping skills; serve as a consumer advocate, providing consumer information and peer support for offenders in outpatient settings. • Performs a wide range of tasks to assist adult peers in regaining independence within the community and mastery over their own recovery process.
