Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Position serves clients in Union County.
  • Complete assessments/re-assessments for congregate and homebound clients.
  • Preparing and serving of meals at a congregate meal site.
  • Delivering meals to homebound clients.
  • Ensure that all meals comply with temperature and dietary requirements.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the site, interacting with clientele, and assisting with special events and functions.

Hourly rate: $12.00


Duties/Responsibilities:

      • Works closely with the Clinical Director to assist with treatment services, administrative, and correctional tasks involving responsibility for aspects of a Community Corrections Day Reporting Center and Evidence-Based Treatment (IOP) program for non-violent felony offenders.
      • Provide offenders with evidence-based treatment programming and substance abuse treatment, conduct intakes and assessments, provide individual therapy (if qualified), and conduct and monitor group counseling.
      • Monitor individual and group therapies, develop individual treatment plans, complete and maintain documentation according to state and federal guidelines.
      • Provide counseling, referrals, intervention services and potentially mental health assessments (MHSP).
      • Some travel required between Blount and Hamblen offices using company vehicle.
      • Annual pay determined by type of licensed credentials and experience in providing treatment services.

      Annual salary: $70,000


      New Posting Treatment Counselor I
      • Works closely with the Clinical Director to assist with treatment services, administrative, and correctional tasks involving responsibility for aspects of a Community Corrections Day Reporting Center and Evidence-Based Treatment (IOP) program for non-violent felony offenders.
      • Provide offenders with evidence-based treatment programming and substance abuse treatment, conduct intakes and assessments, and conduct group counseling.

      Annual salary: $45,000


      Duties/Responsibilities:

      • Perform repair and scheduled maintenance on fleet of gasoline vehicles (Ford transit and Dodge caravan) 15 passenger E350 cutaway chassis.
      • Perform preventive maintenance, safety inspections, A/C repair. Work on all fleet vehicles when the repair is no longer under warranty.
      • Diagnosis of vehicle components and equipment malfunctions.
      • Clean and safe environment.

      Annual Salary: $37,050


      Duties/Responsibilities:

      • Assist Maintenance Manager in routing vans to various locations within service area.
      • Clean of vans and facility, service calls for basic repairs, performing routine preventive maintenance on gasoline vehicles (Ford E350, Ford Transit, and Dodge Caravan), and other duties as required.

      Annual Salary: $29,250.00


      Duties/Responsibilities:

      • Dependable drivers to assist passengers in and out of vehicles and safely transports them to designated destinations including medical appointments, work, errands, nursing homes, senior citizen centers, etc.
      • Provide excellent customer service to passengers and facility staff members.
      • Abide by traffic law, safety procedures, and transit regulations.

      Annual Salary: $31,200.00
