Program Tech. II

Location:                 Clinton, Tn. 

Employment Status: Full-time

Hourly rate:             $13.00

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Social work assisting with the coordination and delivery of a variety of social services for eligible clients for the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Program.
  • Assist with the daily operations of a community service center.
  • Perform a variety of administrative support services for other support staff depending upon the size and location of the county they serve.
  • Accept applications for services and assists clients with obtaining needed services
  • Make referrals to other social service agencies as necessary.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited four-year high school or GED with additional coursework in social services;
  • Experience working with social service-oriented programs;
  • Considerable knowledge of emergency services and CSBG funded programs;
  • Considerable experience working with the public;
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and decision-making skills; or
  • Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Valid TN driver license.
