Hourly rate:             $17.00

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly visitations to Public Guardian clients, and accompany clients to medical appointments.
• Provide case management services to all Public Guardian clients.
• Assist with daily operations of Public Guardianship program, clients, and volunteers.
• Create and utilize spreadsheets for periodic reports used for tracking and reporting client data.
• Maintain database of accurate client information and document management.
• Provide information and assistance for state monitoring and assessments of the program.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited four year high school (Associate Degree preferred) supplemented with additional coursework in Social Services or closely related field.
• Knowledge of the laws and regulations pertaining to the elderly population and to the delivery of services as established under the Public Guardianship for the Elderly Law.
• Good organizational, interpersonal, decision-making skills, and dedicated attention to detail; or
• Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Valid TN driver license.
