PT Program Specialist

Location:                  Knoxville 

Employment Status: Part-time (29 per week) 

Hourly range:           $14.77


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment and certification of older adults for the Title V Senior Community Service Program (SCSEP).
  • Assist with the development of Individual Employment Plans (IEPs) for program participants
  • Assist program participants with finding unsubsidized employment and develop effective working relationships with regional non-profit and governmental employers
  • Assist with various administrative aspects of the program including file maintenance and creating public awareness of the program.
  • Position temporarily funded through June 30, 2026.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited four year high school or GED.
  • Good organizational, interpersonal, decision-making skills, and dedicated attention to detail.
  • Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Valid TN driver license.
