Options Assistant Program Manager

Location:                 Knoxville, Tn.

Employment Status: Full-time

Hourly rate:             $26.00

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Supervisor and administrative work involving the management of the Options Homecare program which provides various forms of assistance to eligible clientele in their homes.
  • Responsible for compliance, governing regulations, oversight of the daily operational aspects of the program.
  • Ensure that all services are being properly delivered to the target population in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Assist with supervision, staff training, reviewing home assessments, service plans and other documentation as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited four year college or university with a B.A. (B.S.) Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field; or
  • Considerable experience supervising administrative and program support staff;
  • Ability to develop and monitor detailed program budgets and develop effective administrative practices to ensure program compliance;
  • Ability to make effective public presentations;
  • Must have strong organizational, interpersonal and decision making skills; or
  • Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Valid Tennessee Driver license.
