Hourly rate:             $17.49

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Prepares monthly maintenance reports/data entry using computerized maintenance system.
• Assist in organizing vehicle parts rooms;
• Monitors fuel usage and purchases;
• Process vehicle defect reports and maintain vehicle files;
• Responsible for parts procurement;
• Create and maintain vehicle fleet preventative maintenance schedule to determine vehicles that must have maintenance completed based on the approved mileage intervals consistent with manufacturer recommendations.
• Perform all clerical functions for the Maintenance Department.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited four year high school or GED program supplemented with additional course work business-related subjects;
• General knowledge of automotive terminology;
• Considerable experience dealing with the public;
• Considerable experience performing administrative functions;
• Strong organizational, interpersonal skills and decision making skills; or
• Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Valid TN driver license.
