Hourly rate: $17.49
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepares monthly maintenance reports/data entry using computerized maintenance system.
- Assist in organizing vehicle parts rooms;
- Monitors fuel usage and purchases;
- Process vehicle defect reports and maintain vehicle files;
- Responsible for parts procurement;
- Create and maintain vehicle fleet preventative maintenance schedule to determine vehicles that must have maintenance completed based on the approved mileage intervals consistent with manufacturer recommendations.
- Perform all clerical functions for the Maintenance Department.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited four year high school or GED program supplemented with additional course work business-related subjects;
- General knowledge of automotive terminology;
- Considerable experience dealing with the public;
- Considerable experience performing administrative functions;
- Strong organizational, interpersonal skills and decision making skills; or
- Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Valid TN driver license.
