FSS Coordinator

Location:                 Knoxville, Tn.

Employment Status: Full-time

Hourly rate:             $16.00


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the coordination of the Family Self-Sufficiency Program (FSS) in accordance with existing. Housing & Urban Development (HUD) regulations and guidelines.
  • Recruit FSS clients.
  • Assist participants with achieving their FSS goals.
  • Work with service providers on behalf of FSS participants and related case management activities.
  • Interact effectively with the FSS Program Coordinating Committee and maintaining productive working relationships with fellow service coordinators and HUD employees.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited four year high school (Associate Degree preferred);
  • Knowledge of federally assisted housing programs;
  • Good organizational, interpersonal, decision making skills, attention to detail; or
  • Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Valid TN driver license.
