Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Special outreach and program development efforts to improve and increase congregate meal sites in the region.
  • Coordination with the ET Nutrition Contractors and state office.
  • Provide training to all the County Offices on Aging and Senior Centers to improve data entry in the new Mon Ami data system.

New Posting Coordinator

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the coordination of the Family Self-Sufficiency Program (FSS) in accordance with existing. Housing & Urban Development (HUD) regulations and guidelines.
  • Recruit FSS clients.
  • Assist participants with achieving their FSS goals.
  • Work with service providers on behalf of FSS participants and related case management activities.
  • Interact effectively with the FSS Program Coordinating Committee and maintaining productive working relationships with fellow service coordinators and HUD employees.

Salary: $15.00/hour


  • Supervise misdemeanor offenders to ensure compliance to probation order.
  • Maintain working relationship with sessions, juvenile and criminal court officials.
  • Assist with the registration of misdemeanor offenders.
  • Maintain and submit data for monthly and quarterly reports for the Misdemeanor Probation Program for state and agency auditors.
  • Collect and deposit of fees, conduct random urine screens, and coordinate the use of electronic monitoring devices.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Advocacy work in support of individuals who need support at home through the Collaborative Response to End Self-Neglect in Tennessee (CREST) program.
  • Assist with client assessment and developing a support plan for vulnerable adults who often cannot access community services.
  • Conduct home assessments, developing a support service plan and assist with monitoring service deliveries.
  • Work with Adult Protective Services staff, law enforcement, and other community providers.
  • Report program performance data as required by DHS/APS and maintain effective relationships with partners.

• Responsible for dispatching Transportation drivers using a computerized database mapping system.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Supporting victims of crime through the Collaborative Response to Elder and Vulnerable Adult Abuse (CREVAA) program through case management and direct services in Hamilton and surrounding counties.

• Compliance with the guidelines and performance standards.

• Screening and supporting victims of crime in compliance with the CREVAA program standards.

• Work occasionally with individuals at the highest level of law enforcement including District Attorneys and Chief Law Enforcement officials at the state, county and city level.

• Conduct home evaluation visits with reported victims of crime who are elderly or above age 18 with physical or developmental disabilities.

• Work in the office to support other CREVAA staff to manage follow-up calls, arrange for services, and assist with coordination efforts including community education, outreach, and supporting volunteer development activities.

Salary: $22.41/hour


• Perform repair and scheduled maintenance on fleet of gasoline vehicles (Ford transit and Dodge caravan) 15 passenger E350 cutaway chassis. • Perform preventive maintenance, safety inspections, A/C repair. • Active member of the Day Reporting Center Treatment Team and provides peer support services to offenders with serious substance abuse in the Daily Reporting Centers (DRC). • Function as a role model to peers; exhibiting competency in personal recovery and use of coping skills; serve as a consumer advocate, providing consumer information and peer support for offenders in outpatient settings. • Perform a wide range of tasks to assist adult peers in regaining independence within the community and mastery over their own recovery process. • Dependable drivers to assist passengers in and out of vehicles and safely transports them to designated destinations including medical appointments, work, errands, nursing homes, senior citizen centers, etc.
