Hourly rate:             $14.50

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist with the coordination of a variety of administrative and scheduling activities associated with call center operations for a rural transportation system.
• Answer incoming calls from clients requesting transportation services.
• Utilize a computer based system to enter client information.
• Assist with scheduling the pick-up and delivery of clients and checking e-mails and daily faxes for trip cancellations and/or add additional trips for Drivers' daily schedules.

• Graduation from an accredited four year high school or GED program;
• Considerable experience dealing with the public;
• Considerable experience performing customer service related activities and related administrative functions;
• Good organizational, interpersonal skills and decision making skills; or
• Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Valid TN driver license.
